How does Kybella work?

The injection of Kybella does not require anesthesia, however, your doctor may choose to numb the area first with a topical anesthetic before administering the medication.

A minimum of one month must elapse between each of the possible six treatments. Up to 50 injection sites are made in the target area beneath the chin during each therapy session.
What are the side effects of Kybella?
One of Kybella’s most appealing features is that it has no known negative effects. Some individuals report slight bruising and redness at the injection site, although these symptoms often fade within a few days. While serious complications are rare, they do exist.
